Leaving the Greenville Airport: (2.25 hour drive). Follow Laurens Road/ US 276 & make a right onto Rutherford/ US 25/ US 276. Follow 6.3 miles & merge onto US 25 north. Follow 27 miles and merge onto I-26 west toward Asheville. Follow 22 miles. Merge onto I-240 east toward Asheville about 4 miles. Follow I-240 toward right and then quickly merge left onto US-19 north/ I-26 via exit 4A toward UNC-Asheville, Mars Hill, Weaverville. Follow 18.5 miles to signs for Burnsville. Take exit 9 onto highway 19 north and follow 17 miles to the Main Street light. (CVS and Burger King). Go left then right at the square. Follow around the square to the church immediately on the right-hand corner. Clinic is in the church annex parallel to the church but further from the square.
From the Asheville Regional Airport: (1.0 hour drive). Take Airport Road to I-26 west toward Asheville. Follow 9 miles. Merge onto I-240 east toward Asheville about 4 miles. Follow I-240 toward right and then quickly merge left onto US-19 north/ I-26 via exit 4A rtoward UNC-Asheville, Mars Hill, Weaverville. Follow 18.5 miles to sighs for Burnsville/ Spruce Pine. Take exit 9 onto highway 19 north and follow 17 miles to the Main Street light. (CVS and Burger King). Go left then right at the square. Follow around the square to the church immediately on the right-hand corner. Clinic is in the church annex parallel to the church but further from the square.
Asheville Airport pick up services are available by calling "Sky Shuttle" at 828-253-0006, or - we will meet you at the Asheville Airport on Thursday or Friday, drive you to your Burnsville lodging, and drop you off at the same airport on Saturday or Sunday for a flat fee of $90.00.

From the North:
From Tri-Cities Regional Airport/ Johnson city/ Bristol (1,5 hour drive). Leave the airport and turn left onto TN-75 south for 6.8 miles. Merge onto I-26 via ramp on the left. Travel 50.6 miles to signs for Burnsville/ Spruce Pine. Take exit 9 onto highway 19 north and follow 17 miles to the Main Street light. (CVS and Burger King). Go left then right at the square. From the East:
From Charlotte/ Douglas International Airport (2,5 hour drive). Follow Rental Car Road to Little Rock Road. Go left. Follow 1.0 mile and merge onto I-85 south via the ramp on the left toward Gastonia. Follow for 15 miles. Merge onto I-40 (exit 43A-B) toward statesville/ Asheville. Follow 36.5 miles. Take exit 86 toward Shelby/ Marion to NC - 226. Follow 13 miles to the light. Go left and follow to the right while staying on NC - 226 for 10 miles. At US -19, go left towards Burnsville. Follow 12.5 miles to the Main Street light. (CVS and Burger King). Go right at the square. Follow around the square to the church immediately on the right-hand corner. From the West:
