Why can't every month be November?

Register one of three ways:

1) Print this form, fill it out, and mail it to us with your payment.
2) By hand, fill out the information from this form and mail it to us with you payment.
3) Fill out and electronically submit this form to us. Then mail us your payment separately.

(Please note that we only accept checks or cash.)

Banjo setup will be available on Saturday. The fee is $25 per banjo to have your head, neck, intonation, and bridge adjusted by master banjo technician Tom McKinney. Please change strings and banjo heads before submitting your instrument for setup. Since you will be without your banjo while it is being worked on, consider bringing a second banjo. A separate material fee will apply at the time of setup should you request that Tom replace your bridge with a new one. Setup will be scheduled on a first come basis as registered.
